File Formats
Raw Advantages - More editing freedom, shows shadows and light better than a jpeg file, get more data from the camera.
Raw disadvantages- have to use special programs to access Raw photos.
Jpeg Advantages- Takes up less space than Raw photos, easier to access photos, sharper photos
Jpeg Disadvantages- less editing freedom
Why photographers should use RAW
1. Raw captures and retains of all information that the camera captures.
2. RAW allows people to have more advanced options while editing their photos.
3. Photographers have to consider the space they will be using while shooting in raw.
4. Jpeg has limited editing options, so it's probably not best for aspiring photographers.
